Status:Active, open to new members
Leader:
Hilary Thornburgh Tel: 07434 150028
When: Monthly mornings 10:30 am
Day varies, October to April inclusive.
Venue: Various hotels and cafes

Frequent venues have been the Fosseway Garden Centre in Moreton in Marsh, the Garden Terrace Cafe at Batsford Garden Centre and the Noel Arms in Chipping Campden. We have also held meetings at the Swan Inn, the Broadway Hotel and the 10/6 (Mad Hatters) Tea Room - all these venues being in Broadway,

The day of our meeting varies from month to month so that it does not clash regularly with other interest groups. Look out for the dates of forthcoming meetings in the Newsletters and on our website (just below).

For further information phone Hilary using the number above or click on her name to send an email.

A reminder that the next get together is at Batsford Garden Centre next Tuesday, 12th May at 10.30am.  There are usually around 20 to 25 of us and conversation never seems in short supply!

We shall gather in the area of the restaurant nearest to the shop. We buy our own refreshments so there is no kerfuffle about sorting out payment.

Everyone is welcome.

If you would like to join us but need a lift please do not hesitate to let me know and I’m sure something can be arranged. I can be contacted by clicking on the email link above (Hilary Thornburgh) or by using the telephone number given there.

The June date is Monday, 22nd at 10.30am at the Broadway Tower Barn. We are meeting at this lovely venue again following our successful first visit in March. In case you haven’t already visited, you enter the gates to the main  Broadway Tower Café and almost immediately take the slip road to the right which winds down to the parking area.  I shall need to give them numbers nearer the time.

No numbers needed for Batsford but we look forward to seeing many of you there on Tuesday, 12th May.

This group is open to any member of our u3a - everyone is welcome. It is very informal: order your own coffee or tea and enjoy a tasty pastry if you wish.

There is no agenda. It provides an opportunity to meet and chat with other u3a members from a variety of other interest groups, although the conversation always extends far beyond u3a activities.
