Two types of event are detailed on this page. Some organised by our committee and some by groups.
Firstly, the committee frequently organises social events in addition to the monthly Open Meetings. These include lunches, soirees and outings, for example the Christmas Lunch held in December 2024 and shown opposite. Details of such events are displayed below - see Lunches, Soirees and Outings.
Secondly, the activities at many groups follow a routine pattern and details of such activities may be found on the respective group pages.
However, some groups provide a programme of talks, visits or musical experiences, so that the topic of interest varies greatly from meeting to meeting. This page showcases the rich variety of such events. If you spot a group organising events that appeal to you, perhaps you could consider contacting the Group Leader and attend one of these events as a taster, with a view to joining a new group. These events are open to all members of North Cotswold u3a, but be advised that booking is required as the number of participants is limited.
