Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each month at a private house in Willersey. Each day has 8 spaces and currently space is available on Wednesday and Thursday – there is also a reserve list for anyone who does not want a regular place.

Although the recipes are cooked on an Aga, having your own Aga is definitely not a requirement as ordinary cookers can also be used.
We meet at 11 o’clock for a quick cup of coffee before settling down to watch five recipes demonstrated (with instructions for both conventional and Aga cooking). The recipes will form the basis of a three course meal. Two hours later lunch is served, allowing everyone the chance to taste the food after seeing how it is prepared.
The aim of the group is to give you a chance to do your entertaining effortlessly so the recipes can be made ahead and very often frozen. Many of the recipes can be either made for large groups or scaled down if you only entertain for a few friends. Helpful shortcuts and hints are provided so that you can enjoy your guests the next time you have a lunch or dinner party.
