Touch Tennis is played with foam balls and shorter rackets on a smaller court than normal tennis. Matches are shorter and have unique rules, such as one serve only and sudden death at deuce.
Touch Tennis is popular with beginners and less experienced tennis players.
It is a sport that's fun and fosters connection, while also getting people moving and energized.
